Our Quality Standards and Covid-19 Measures:

TS EN ISO 9001:2015 - Quality Management System, TS ISO 10002:2014 - Customer Satisfaction Management System and TS EN ISO 22000 - Food Safety Management System are implemented in our hotel and all our standards are certified.

We have a HEALTHY HOTEL certificate approved by T.R. Ministry of Culture and Tourism, and T.R. Ministry of Health.

Within the scope of the fight against the Covid-19 outbreak, our processes are planned and applied according to the rules determined by Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, World Health Organization, T.R. Ministry of Health, and T.R. Ministry of Culture and Tourism.

Food and hygiene inspections, disinfection and protection methods training are carried out constantly by the Diversey chemical company in accordance with international standards. All chemicals and disinfectants used in our hotel are approved by the T.R. Ministry of Health.

An outbreak prevention protocol and board were established, risk assessments were performed, emergency response plans were prepared, isolation areas were determined, protective equipment use was planned, and all personnel received periodic training.

For the health of our guests and employees, mask use and following the 1.5 meter social distance rule are mandatory in all our areas.

Hand disinfectants have been placed in various locations, and floor markings have been put to protect the social distance in all our common areas.

All frequently contacted areas and surfaces are disinfected every hour.

Our authorized team is on duty 24 hours a day to provide the necessary intervention in the event that Covid-19 symptoms appear.

While entering the hotel, the body temperatures of our guests are taken from the wrist with special contactless devices. There are hygiene mats at all entry points of our hotel.

The travel history of all our guests is recorded during the check-in process.

All products such as pens and magnetic key cards available at the reception are disinfected instantly. The procedures for our guests are carried out safely with a panel put on reception.

Our guest rooms:

It is kept empty for 24 hours after each use.

After the ventilation process, they are sterilized with chemicals of international standards.

All textile materials are washed with disinfectant products and hot water between 60 - 90°C in accordance with the recommendation of the T.R. Ministry of Health.

In the cleaned rooms, the sterilization process is carried out with Hydrogen Peroxide by using a fogging device.

As part of the measures; our guest rooms have been rearranged, our menus have been replaced with the single-use ones, and all products that may cause hygiene problems such as carpets and brochures have been removed from our rooms.

After the glasses and towels in the rooms are washed in the machine, they are carried and offered for use in bags.

The cleaning of each guest room is inspected by our managers personally, and a ""Hygiene Card"" is hung on the room door after the final approval. In this way, it is ensured that no other employee enters the room before our guest arrives there.

Maintenance frequency of ventilation and air conditioning systems in our hotel has been increased. Filter changes are made periodically. Fresh air circulation is ensured 24 hours without an interruption and in the most hygienic conditions.

Our food and beverage service points:

The tables and chairs have been rearranged according to the social distance rule of 1.5 meters and 60 cm. All materials available to the guests are disinfected. There are disposable napkins and single-serve salt and pepper on the tables. Tables and chairs are disinfected after each use. Buffet service will not be available for a while.

Qualitasspa Wellness Center:

It continues to serve between 06:00 - 22:30. For the health of our guests, there is a guest capacity limit in the SPA center (gym, outdoor pool, indoor pool, Turkish bath and sauna) in accordance with social distance rules.

We offer single-use products and towels under hygienic conditions to our guests. Cleaning and disinfection processes in SPA areas are carried out periodically at 30-minute intervals.

Pool and water chemicals are used in all swimming pools in accordance with the parameters determined by the T.R. Ministry of Health. The daily measurements of our pool waters and periodic laboratory analysis are ensured.

Our product supply processes:

We receive information from all companies about their Covid-19 measures, and we carry out inspections.  All stages of the procurement process are controlled, and all products coming to the hotel are accepted by following the disinfection requirements.

Our colleagues:

Our hotel doctor gave a detailed training on what the Covid-19 virus is, how it is transmitted and what to do for the protection of personal health. The body temperatures of our employees are taken 3 times a day."
